Gascoigne cuts Soccer AM appearance short after too many sleeping tablets

Paul Gascoigne, Former Rangers star, had to cut a TV appearance short as he was feeling unwell, appeared drowsy with slurred speech as he chatted to Soccer AM hosts Fenners, Jimmy Bullard and Lloyd this morning. Forty five minutes into the programme, Fenners told the audience that Gascoigne, affectionately nicknamed Gazza, had left the show early because he was feeling unwell the Mirror reported . His representative told Mirror Football the 51-year-old - who suffers from insomnia - had taken sleeping on Friday night, but was still feeling the effects of those during the show.
